NaapPro provides tailor shop management software ("the Service") to shops that register an account. By registering or using the Service you agree to these terms.
You own the customer and order data you enter. You may export or request deletion of your data at any time. We do not share your data with other users or third parties for marketing.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access another shop's data, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Order-status links and trial communications are sent via WhatsApp or email only to numbers/addresses you provide. Customers should be informed that their order status may be shared on WhatsApp.
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms; significant changes will be communicated through the Service.
