1. Overview

NaapPro helps Pakistani tailor shops run their entire business from a phone or computer: customer records with full naap (measurements), orders with delivery tracking, billing & udhaar, and a WhatsApp connection that answers customers automatically. It is built for real darzi shops — simple to use on basic smartphones, with personal setup help over WhatsApp.

3. Core features

3.1 Customers & Digital Naap Book

Add, search, edit and delete customers (by ID or mobile number).
Save every customer's full measurements: Qameez length, Bazu (sleeve), Tairum, Gala (collar), Chest, Kamar (waist), Ghera (flare), Shalwar length, Panchah (ankle cuff) — plus custom fields the shop uses.
One customer can have measurement cards per cloth type.
Export all customers to CSV (measurements & notes included) — ready to print.

3.2 Orders

Create orders with a delivery (deadline) date, quantity, cloth type, fabric photo and optional karigar assignment.
Colour-coded Kanban board: pending → in progress → completed → delivered (plus on-hold / cancelled).
Dashboard widget: Due today / Overdue so nothing slips.

3.3 Billing & Udhaar

Create invoices from delivered orders.
Record cash payments; each invoice shows total / paid / remaining.
Udhaar (Outstanding) report: every customer's billed, paid and due amounts — plus the shop's total outstanding.

3.4 WhatsApp integration (Pro)

Customers message the shop's WhatsApp number — the bot greets them by name and shows their orders.
Customer order-status page: every order has a private link (status, delivery date, bill) — share on WhatsApp or print as a QR code on the receipt.
Shop owners can run the shop by messaging their own number (see section 5).
Reactive only — the bot never sends unsolicited messages.

3.5 Karigar & Payroll (Pro)

Assign orders to karigars; track piece-work at each rate (suits × rate).
Record advances/payments and view monthly payroll and employee reports.

3.6 Reports & Printing

Order, income/expense, yearly profit-loss and udhaar reports.
Thermal (80 mm) receipt printing with a QR order-status code.
Customer CSV export.

5. Quick start

Register at naappro.com/register — or message 0322 5963504 and we create your shop and walk you through it.
Add your first customer: menu → Customers → Create Customer (name, mobile, notes) → save their naap.
Create an order: pick the customer, delivery date and quantity — it appears on the Kanban.
(Pro) Share the status link or print the QR on the receipt.

6. Architecture (for admins)

Web app (Laravel 9, PHP 8.1+) with MySQL; works in any mobile browser; installable as a PWA ("Add to Home Screen").
Multi-tenant: every shop is a separate tenant — shops can never see each other's customers or orders.
Plans are enforced on the web (menu + routes) and in the WhatsApp bot.
WhatsApp uses Meta Cloud API per shop (webhook-based, reactive).
Hosting: shared hosting with daily automatic database backups.
