NaapPro ("we", "us") provides tailor shop management software to shops in Pakistan. This policy explains what data we store and how we protect it.
Data is used only to run the software: showing each shop its own records, sending order-status links, and contacting trial applicants about their account. We never sell customer data.
Each shop only ever sees its own customers and orders. A shop can never view another shop's records.
Data is stored on secure servers with access controls and automatic backups. We retain backups for operational continuity.
You may export your customers as a CSV file at any time from your account, and you may ask us to delete your shop's data by contacting us on WhatsApp.
